Privacy and Security of Membership Information

All information you enter for membership will remain confidential. Only you can access and modify the information you provide during registration. As long as you keep your login credentials secure, others cannot access or change your information.

Delivery

Your orders will be prepared and delivered to the courier within 1 to 5 business days following payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary during official holidays and busy promotional periods. Shipping costs are covered by Misesha.

Warranty and Return Policy

Every product you purchase is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

To return your products, you can write to info@misesha.com stating the reason for the return.

For delivered items, provided that the product is unused, undamaged, with tags attached, and suitable for resale, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days via the "Returns and Exchanges" link. Due to hygiene regulations, products that have been used, washed, altered, or are unfit for resale will not be accepted for return. If there is a manufacturing defect or a valid reason for return, your request will be evaluated and processed accordingly. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping conditions for exchange requests will be evaluated based on the nature of the request.

Once the returned product passes the necessary inspections and meets the return criteria, the refund process will be completed within 14 business days. For purchases made in installments, the refund reflected on your credit card may also occur in installments depending on your bank's procedures and policies. Misesha has no control over this process.
